Suzanne Wyker, CEO
Ms. Wyker has over 20 years start-up, administration, strategic planning, financial management and operations experience in the healthcare industry. In 2009 She joined the start-up team for Vanguard Health Systems as the COO where she built out and operationalized a new service model for patient care, effectively reducing Vanguard’s employee healthcare costs by 18% annually including a 33% reduction in pharmacy cost while improving employees’ individual experience of care.
In 2005, Ms. Wyker founded SBW Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the healthcare sector. From insurer, to hospital, to medical group, to ancillary provider; SBW has developed, analyzed, or turned-around troubled organizations. As a business owner, entrepreneur, start-up, and turnaround specialist, Ms. Wyker has a keen understanding of the nexus that occurs when finance and implementation meet vision and operations.
In 1995 she started a 500 plus multi-specialty group practice designed to take full risk contracts. She negotiated and implemented FFS, global risk, military & direct employer contracts for both the group and the hospital system. Ms. Wyker was one of the co-founders of PTRX, Inc. a full service PBM.
Prior to joining the healthcare sector, Ms. Wyker ran Current Newspaper, the international trade publication for PBS and the BBC.
Ms. Wyker holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Finance from Marymount University.
As a founder of Cumulative Consulting, Mr. Smith provides leadership for achieving the Company’s strategic goals and objectives. He was a principal and founding member of Sologen Systems LLC, EcoStore Inc., North America Drug Co., Black Diamond Services Inc., and FMS Holding Inc., with 25+ years’ experience as a small business owner, corporate executive, and business consultant. He has directed his own companies from startup to multi-million dollar sales, held executive positions with regional and national corporations, and consulted with hundreds of small to medium sized businesses in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, financing, operations, and business coaching. He has personally negotiated thousands of contracts, from operating contracts between insurers, physicians and hospitals, to finance and venture capital funding, to multi-million dollar acquisitions. Mr. Smith has previously maintained multi-lines insurance and securities licenses. He studied Mathematics and Computer Science in the University of Texas System before starting his first company.

Dr. Alan Preston
As founder of E=(MC)3, Dr. Preston is assisting companies achieve a higher level of Effectiveness through disciplined strategies and management functions that work in real world commerce. As a former professor at Texas A&M, Dr. Preston taught in the Business School Management, Healthcare Policy, Biostatistics and Epidemiology and uses his academic background as well as his experience in managing companies for over 25+ years to help companies achieve appropriate outcomes.
Prior to consulting and teaching, Dr. Preston started his own company, Synergyst, where he grew it to 13 markets throughout the United States. Synergyst is the first of its kind in helping both pharmaceutical companies and doctors effectively conduct clinical drug trials for approval by the FDA.
His previous career has been divided between the payor side of healthcare companies and healthcare providers. As a former turnaround CEO of numerous HMOs and managed care companies, he successfully rightsized every company he managed bringing them into positive financial performance within one year of his arrival of each company. His expertise in payment systems, and company operations and market analysis allowed him to effectively turnaround each company he managed throughout the United States including Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Missouri, Florida, and Puerto Rico. In each market, he worked closely with the governors and legislators helping each state to shape the regulatory environment in healthcare. In the state of Louisiana, he was awarded the Honorary Insurance Commissioner for his service in shaping legislation in that state.
Dr. Preston holds a Doctorate of Science in Healthcare Services Research from Tulane’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. He also has a Master in Healthcare Administration from Tulane. He also holds a bachelor in Business Administration.
